Welcome to Natural Health Remedies and More. My name is Shannon Pollock. I have been teaching people about natural health remedies for many years. I am a specialist with experience in natural remedies for both people and animals.

I became interested in alternative health careers when my dad passed away at the age of 52 from heart disease. I watched him slowly deteriorate over time and it was heart-breaking to watch without being able to offer any help.

His passing away was a turning point in my life and my sister's subsequent illness and multiple surgeries for her back started me on a path I'll never turn back from.

I live in Ontario, Canada with my husband, my son and all my animals (currently 4 dogs and 5 cats).
